Norcom can provide service plans that are unique to each customer. Different machines require a different level of service. Norcom can offer service package agreements that include a set price per month or time and material. 

Service Plan Right for You

The Set-Price-Per-Month package can be offered to customers who purchase equipment from us. We have a much greater understanding of the products when the product was initially sold by Norcom. By having a set price per month, employees know how much service will cost them throughout the year - helping to budget new equipment when purchased. This package is the hassle free offering Norcom can provide. This package covers transportation costs, labor, and time when repairing equipment.

The Time-and-Material package

is offered to customers who purchase from us and for those who don't. This costing package will charge for transportation, labor, and time for the  repair of the equipment
